Welcome to Moje Montessori. These terms explain the rules for using mojemontessori.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Moje Montessori is written by Miri and operated by a U.S. company, with a mailing address at 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Who the site is for
Moje Montessori is written for parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers. It isn’t directed to children under 13.
3. Information, not advice
Our articles share general information about Montessori play, toys, and family life. They aren’t medical or professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
4. Our content, and how you can share it
The articles, photos, graphics, and the Moje Montessori name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and they’re protected by copyright and trademark law.
You’re welcome to:
- read, print, or save articles for your own personal, non-commercial use,
- share links to our articles,
- quote a short passage, as long as you credit Moje Montessori and link to the original article, and
- pin our images to Pinterest using the Pin button or a link back to the article.
Please don’t:
- copy or republish whole articles or substantial parts of them,
- use our photos on another website, social account, or product listing,
- sell or charge for our content, or
- remove our name, credits, or links from anything you share.

5. Comments
If you comment, you’re responsible for what you post. Please keep it kind and on topic. Don’t post spam or ads, anything illegal, hateful, or harassing, or anyone else’s personal information.
Comments are public. Please think twice before sharing your child’s full name, photos, or where you live.
By posting a comment, you give us permission to display it on the site, and to edit it for length or remove it at our discretion. We may also block anyone who repeatedly breaks these rules.
6. Using the site responsibly
Please don’t try to break into the site, disrupt it, overload it, spread malware through it, or collect other visitors’ information.
7. Links to other websites
We link to other sites for sources and further reading. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
8. No warranties
We work hard to make our content accurate and helpful, but the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties, express or implied, about the site’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability, or that it will be free of errors or viruses.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Moje Montessori infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a link to the content, a description of your original work, and your contact details. We’ll review it and remove the content if appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury, that comes from using or relying on the site or its content. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability to you won’t be more than $100.

13. If we open a store
Right now, nothing is sold on Moje Montessori. If we start selling products, extra terms for purchases (prices, payment, shipping, and returns) will be added here before the first sale.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you’re accepting the new terms.
